-Do you guarantee no extra cost on your packages?
Yes we guarantee no extra cost on all our packages for as long the specifications do not change on your project.
All website packages are charged 1/3 as a deposit, 1/3 during design (after the design is signed off) and 1/3 on completion.
-Will the guarantees be on a contract?
Yes all packages are guaranteed by contract.
-Will you support the site after it is finished?
Yes support will be assured by phone or email.
-Are changes made in real time?
Yes changes are made in real time, in the case of the pages content, you will have access to preview the page before you actually make the changes.
-Can several people use the content management system?
Yes you will be able to set up several administrators which will each have their own login name and password. In the case of some sites such as the shops online you can even restrict certain areas of the administrator site to certain administrators.
-Do all sites have a content management system?
Yes all sites we develop have a content management system allowing to update your site’s content, upload images, add links and much more.
-Do I need technical knowledge to change the content of my site?
No the CMS is easy to use, it is very similar to using Microsoft® Word® and we always arrange a training session before the site is launched.
-Can you buy a .eu domain name?
Yes we offer .eu domain name registration
-For an Irish business, would you recommend a .ie domain name?
Yes the .ie is the Irish identity on the internet, it can also give you an advantage over other sites with some search engines for searches relating to Ireland.
-I already have a domain name, can this be transferred?
Yes a domain name can be transferred, if you do not want to transfer you can simply update its information to have it pointed to your site.
-What is the difference between a .ie domain name and a .com, .org etc
The .ie is the Irish domain name, only companies registered in Ireland will be able to purchase one, other domain names can be purchased by anyone.
-What type of domain name can you book?
We can purchase just about any type of domain name.
-Do you include new sites into search engines?
Yes we manually “submit” your site to all the major search engines once launched, we also submit it to smaller search engines and directories worldwide.
-When people search for my products or services will my site show?
Depending on the amount of competition your site may show in the results quite quickly, however in the case of most sites, particularly sites with quiet a bit of competition further search engine work will be required.
-Can I check my emails from anywhere?
Yes we offer webmail access, you can also download your mail directly on your computer.
-Can I have several email addresses with a site?
Yes all sites include 100 email accounts of your choice, this can be increased upon request.
-I already have a host, can I stay with them?
Yes if all server components, database, scripts etc are available on the server.
