Content Management System

At Flo Web Design Ltd we believe in giving our customers as much control over their site's content as possible to save them both time and money.

It is for these reasons that we have continuously developed our own Content Management System that is fitted on all websites we build.

The features added to the Content Management System depend on the functionalities of the site, a basic site would include the following features:

  • Dynamic pages management, you will be able to update page's content, manage your text (add bold, italic, underline, text colours, text background colours, headers etc), upload images, create internal and external links, add tables and more. You will also be able to create new pages.
  • Manage a links page(s) using our “links manager”, arrange links in categories, change their sorting order, create new links with a name, target and description.
  • Manage a help / FAQ page(s) using our “help / FAQ manager”, keep topics within categories, create, remove, update topics, categories etc.
  • Manage your contact page(s): using our "Form manager" you will be able to add, update, remove fields, recipients, anti spam filter and much more.
  • Manage your Google API Map: using our "API map manager" you will be able to show an interactive map (or more) on your site and manage it yourself.
  • Manage your photo gallery(ies): using our "Image gallery manager" you will be able to add, update, remove pictures to your gallery, change the sort order order and arrange them per category.
  • Manage testimonial page: Using our "testimonial manager" you will be able to add, update and remove testimonials
  • Create and manage your Google XML site map: you will be able to add new pages or update your XML site map assisting Google to index the pages you want included in the search engine.
  • Manage news or other type of listings, add new elements, update, remove, archive.
  • Review enquiries backed up, all enquiries sent from the site are backed up for you and accessible from your CMS.
  • Access live graphical statistics, see how many visitors your site receives, where they come from, how many pages they view etc.
  • Access your email account online, check your mail, send messages from anywhere in the world.
  • Administrators management, add, update, remove administrators.

Depending on the site and its functionalities our Content Management System can also include

  • Categories, subcategories management.
  • Product listings, services, properties, jobs etc.
  • Customers management system, keep your client base up to date (on a secure server), mail merge clients, view reports on sales etc.
